7. Appointments, Payment, Refunds and Cancellations
All consultations and packages are delivered via our GDPR-compliant platform, Practice Better. Payments are collected online either as a one-off payment or via instalments, as outlined in the service description on our website.

Packages consisting of more than two sessions may be cancelled for a full refund up until the start of the third session. One-off consultations may be refunded if requested within 48 hours of the appointment.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a partial or full charge, depending on the service booked.

Core Health Collaborative reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to this website, in whole or in part, at its discretion and without prior notice. These rights are in addition to any other legal rights or remedies available to us.
